Grill Mat Safety Tips:

• Wash and dry mats before first use and after each use
• Pre-heat your grill with the lid closed before using mat to ensure temperatures are not too high 
• Keep mat 5-7 inches from contact with flames and do not exceed 600 F (500 F recommended cooking temperature)
